Fort Hood opens 62 investigations after keys, phones and covers left on desks

Fort Hood – Fort Hood announced they have opened 62 active investigations into missing persons after units all over post reported keys, cell phones and “covers,” the hats soldiers wear, having been left on desks for weeks without being claimed. “It’s odd because every single desk is the workspace of a Warrant Officer” stated a spokesperson for CID, the army’s investigating agency. “Due to recent events on the installation, it’s necessary to look into every case to ensure foul play is ruled out.” This is breaking news and we’ll continue to report as new information is discovered.
